October marks Breast Cancer Awareness month, a cause Safari Sun is passionate about. For the second year, we have had the pleasure of printing shirts for Seminole County Firefighters who will be participating in the Pink Heals National Tour event.
A statement posted on the official event page describes the tour in detail: “The Pink Heals National Tour will be coming to Seminole County on Oct. 12th 2013. Event will feature a Safety Village for kids and families with demos and static displays from all local Police and Fire Departments, health and wellness displays, and more. There will be a parade for the trucks kicking off the evening event “Paint the Plaza Pink” with live entertainment and food and drink specials at every location within Colonial Town Park.”
This event is a worthy cause that encourages members of the community to come together and get involved in the fight against breast cancer. Every day, and especially in October, it is important to raise awareness as we strive towards a cure.
“We’re thrilled to have more happy customers showcasing our excellent prints,” said sales representative, Julie McLain. “Working with Jazz Doolittle of Seminole County Firefighters for the last two years has been a pleasure. I urge everyone in the area to check out their event!”
